ABOUT ME Trenton

As a physical therapist with nearly a decade of experience in the health and performance field, I’m fortunate to spend every day doing what I love—helping others move better, feel stronger, and take control of their health. My journey into physical therapy was fueled by a deep passion for movement, injury risk management, and the power of strength and conditioning in long-term health. I believe that rehabilitation is more than just recovering from injuries—it’s about building a resilient body that can perform at its best for years to come. I have certificates as a Physical Therapist, Doctorate of Physical Therapy and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.  

At T3 Rehab & Performance, my mission is to raise the standard of rehabilitation and fitness by providing expert-level care tailored to each individual. I take a holistic approach that blends evidence-based rehabilitation, strength & conditioning principles, and personalized coaching to help clients overcome pain, manage risk of future injuries, and optimize their performance. Whether you’re an athlete looking to unlock on field potential, a weekend warrior recovering from an injury, or someone simply wanting to move and feel better, my goal is to provide efficient and sustainable solutions that fit your unique needs.

Beyond the clinical setting, I value continuous learning and always strive to refine my skills to deliver the best possible care. I take pride in making the rehab process engaging, informative, and realistic, ensuring that every client not only recovers but also gains the knowledge and confidence to maintain long-term health and performance.

Outside of my work, you’ll likely find me snowboarding down a mountain, hiking through new landscapes, exploring new places, living life with my fiance, or competing against my brothers in Nintendo Smash Bros (and winning, of course). I also have a deep appreciation for good food and will never pass up the opportunity to try a new restaurant or a great meal.
